I got in touch with Austin Decks on a Friday and wow, was I blown away by their speedy reply in less than an hour! By the following Monday, they were right at my doorstep, exactly on time. In just a week my project was all wrapped up, two whole days earlier than we thought. They were so tidy, leaving no trace behind, as if they’d magically done all the work without setting foot on the property.

Now, while I’m all about getting good value for my money and top-quality work, which they absolutely delivered, I’ve got to say, the way they handled everything was just stellar. There was zero time wasted, no sitting around waiting for things to happen, and they were on the ball with every single request and piece of feedback I had. Honestly, the way they operate should be a lesson for all those other contractors out there. I ended up with exactly what I wanted, and the whole journey felt like a walk in the park. Absolutely thrilled with the results.

The work was done promptly and at a good price. My only complaint was that I had asked one of the posts to be 15″ from a wall, to accomodate a French Drain. This did not happen
